Kindly note for guests safety & security, we don’t allow night driving, hence request guests to leave in time so they can reach next destination before 20:00 Hrs.

Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.

For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.

Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check in.

Room category in all packages is the Base Category.

Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.

All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.

All guests are requested to carry documents (04 passport size photos and copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof) (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card) for security purpose & hotel policy.

Standard Check-in time 14:00hrs and Check-out time 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.

Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.

Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you

All the Monuments will remain closed on Dhulandi (Next day of Holi Festival) in Rajasthan.

Most of the monuments and museums open at 09:30hrs and close at 17:00hrs with and photography is prohibited in some. Guests are advised to check before visiting.

Entries of Mini & Large Coaches are restricted in Old City and some area in City limits.

Certain monuments do not allow tourist vehicles inside the complex, in such cases guests can choose to walk the distance or hire a Govt. approved vehicle parked outside the monument on direct payment basis.

Certain hotels in old city are located inside the labyrinthine mesh of old access roads and our vehicles can not access the entry point of the hotel. In such cases our vehicle will drop the guests to the nearest location. The guests might have to carry their luggage themselves or hire a porter on direct payment basis.

It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.

Tourist vehicles are required to follow a certain set guidelines as prescribed by the Govt authorities, one such being running the vehicle under the given speed limit in the cities as well as highways. The vehicle will not run over the given speed limit and we request that the guests be informed of the same before the commencement of the tour.

Some Temples open only at 12:00hrs. Leather belts, footwear, bare legs and black clothing is not allowed in a few temples. Some Temples are located inside the famous hill forts of Rajasthan and one needs to climb up a cobbled path or trek up a slope of the hill. Not recommended for senior citizens and pregnant women.

Televisions are not provided in tented accommodation at various locations, the meals served are on a fixed menu basis. Also, at these camp sites credit and debit cards can not be accepted due to poor network coverage and absence of broadband facility.
