Spiti Valley Package will only operate between April month till November month. For rest of the period operations will not be possible due to heavy snowfall.

Package is not valid during Diwali, Christmas, New Year, High Season, Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.

Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.

For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.

Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Room category in all packages is the Base Category.

Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.

Standard Check-in time 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs and Check-out time 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.

All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.

Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.

It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.

Journey between Kalka – Shimla and Chandigarh – Manali Highway may take longer time due to ongoing construction of four-lane Highway. Guest might experience traffic Jam and broken patches of road while travelling on above mentioned Highway.

Due to the lesser width of the road at Shimla railway station, tempo traveler / buses cannot provide pickup and drop services from station itself. Vehicles will be parked on main road which is approx 200m walk (uphill for arrival and downhill for departure) and guests will have to walk till / from there. Similarly Jakhoo temple (last 01 km) is also not accessible by Tempo traveller. Client will either have to walk (uphill/ downhill both) or else opt for a smaller vehicle for the same.

Local city sightseeing in Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala and Dalhousie cities are not possible by coaches/ mini buses. Same can be done by smaller vehicles only for which extra charges will be applicable.

Viceregal Lodge, Shimla State Museum, Gaiety theatre, Army museum Shimla remains closed on Mondays & all Govt. Holidays. Zoo in Kufri also remains closed on Mondays.

In Chandigarh, Le Corbusier museum and art gallery remains closed on Mondays and doll museum remains closed on Sundays. Capital complex, rock garden and Sukhna lake remain open on all days.

In case the hotel is located outside the city in Shimla, Manali, Mcleodganj/ Dharamshala extra charges for transportation will be chargeable accordingly.

Due to taxi union restrictions, we cannot provide our own vehicle for pickup at Kalka station, Kullu airport and Jammu station. In case the pickup has to be done from these spots, we have to take the vehicles from concerned taxi unions and thus cannot guarantee the quality of the vehicle and services.

In case of Pickup at Kullu/ Dharamshala/ Chandigarh/Amritsar/ Delhi airport, if the flight is cancelled on the same day (Day of arrival), Vehicle transfer charges will be applicable. Our vehicles report at airport before such cancellation announcements are made by airlines.

In case on any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

In case of any changes in itinerary or stays on account of natural calamities, flight cancellation, ill health, road blocks or factors beyond our control, all extra costs will be borne by clients only.

Guest are requested to respect and follow local customs and traditions.

The rate provided does not include any travel insurance, damages, claims, etc in case of any possible occurring and mishappenings.

We will not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any kind of illness, mishaps or accidents including during the trip or any adventure sports (River rafting, paragliding, skiing, high altitude travelling, trekking etc.)

Early check-in at all the properties would be subject to the availability at that time.

It is recommended to have travel insurance when commencing on any kind of tour. The same can be done at your end and in case you need us to provide you with travel insurance, we can provide you with it at appropriate extra costs.
