- Transportation is not on disposal basis. It is strictly as per the programme, any extra running will be charged extra.
- Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks strike or political unrest to be paid by guest as per actual
- Any dispute regarding child age to be settled directly with hotels
- In case of cancellation or non-utilization of any service (transportation, hotels accommodation (part / full), because of any reason (Ill health, flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike / road block / bad weather or any other natural calamities) there will be no refund for the un-utilized service. The guests will have to bear the extra expenses of change in itinerary/ hotel.

Terms & Conditions
- All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.
- Package is not valid during Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.
- Any sightseeing mentioned on the arrival and departure days will be covered subject to time availability.
- All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.
- Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.
- For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
- Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
- Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability
- Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
- All sightseeing are subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
- All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
- Standard Check-in time 13:00hrs and Check-out time is 08:00hrs (Morning) as per the hotel policy.
- All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (Identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
- Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.
- Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/ reduction whatever applicable) to you.
- Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.
- It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.
- There will be no refund for any unused services/ activities/ hotel whatever may be the reason, alternative sightseeing options shall be offered which has to be consumed before departure.
- Request for changing hotels after check-in shall purely be as per availability and full payment towards the upgraded hotel/ resort shall be charged in cash to client on the spot.
- In case of any unexpected bad weather condition, Natural Calamity or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/ fight/ Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair/ Havelock, Neil Island or any other island, These additional night/ nights of accommodation in Port Blair/ Havelock/ Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets/ Helicopter tickets/ Flight tickets if booked by us.
- We may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, the same shall be conveyed to guest on a day-to-day basis.
- Dispute regarding child age other than which is confirmed at the time of confirmation to be settled by the guest directly to the hotel.
- In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats in Pvt. Ferry, bad weather or the sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift / endorse guest to alternative Govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during such situation.
- All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change the schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial. we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.
- All the hotels in Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have standard check out 0800hrs and check-in time 1300hrs, guest having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
- Early Check-in and late check-out may be informed to us at the time of confirmation, although confirmation for the same is purely subjected to availability only.
- Guaranteed early check-in and late Checkout shall cost 1 night room charges
- In case ferry to Neil Island does not operate due to the schedule change or non-availability of seats in Private or Government ferry guest will be brought back to Port Blair and alternative sightseeing will be provided.
